March Meeting

My goodness I totally forgot to post the pictures from our March meeting and we shared some beautiful work.  So here are the items that was shared. Enjoy!

Bonnie Hunter

Some of the members of this guild and I were delighted to attend a trunk show and lecture presented by Bonnie Hunter, a well known quilter that has been traveling around the country and sharing her beautiful quilts and books she has written. You can read about Bonnie and find out how to order books on her blog  . There you will be able to read about this dynamite quilter and her techniques for cutting down your stash.
I was so inspired by her ideas and the beautiful quilts.  I tried to take a picture of as many of the quilts as I could.
Also members of the guild that sponsored the event had quilts of their own on display and what a treat it was to go around the room and look at all the beautiful quilts.  I am going to go ahead and post all photos of the quilts first I will show all the guilds' quilts then Bonnie's quilts will be at the end of the posts.
